Angela McGuire, founder and owner, is a wife and momma. Additionally, she’s a Holistic Health Strategist, Certified Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. She loves exploring the outdoors, learning and watching her kiddos grow. Some of her greatest passions are her faith in God, healing, coaching…and food!  She founded Better Wellness to empower individuals in their pursuit for better health and happiness.

I haven’t always been “crunchy”, in fact, I used to be much more like the sugar filled gummies I would consume on a regular basis. But when I was confronted with the reality of how totally toxic our food and environments are, it empowered me to positively change my health story, my family’s health story and, now, the health story of the individuals I get the opportunity to work alongside.

In working to improve my own health and the health of my family, I quickly realized how little the average individual knew about their food, its true source and its devastating effects on their health.  So, I set out to empower others through education, so they might have the same opportunity to achieve true health for themselves and their families. 

But for most, information alone is not enough to force change; we are hard wired to resist it, even when it could bring us better health and happiness.  As a holistic Health Coach, I’m truly blessed with the opportunity to strengthen and encourage individuals to make meaningful, long lasting life change.  And, thankfully, I was hard wired with a unique set of passions and gifts for this good work since the very beginning, creating the opportunity for a true health revelation for a better us.
